Basically, I'm an unhappy chappy due to Yodel's constant failure to deliver

History

26/09/12 - attempted delivery (Not my fault I wasn't in, they didn't tell me when it was going to be delivered)
27/09/12 - Re-scheduled for delivery on 01/10/12
01/10/12 - Called Yodel and was advised it will be out for delivery at 11:30 and to call back then to confirm..
01/10/12 - Called Yodel @ 11:30 to be told my T.V. was now lost. Asked for a manager call was then disconnected (not by me)
01/10/12 - Called Yodel again, this time to be told it's been located and i can collect from the depot tomorrow (02/10/12)
01/10/12 - Went in Twitter and spoke to @yodelonline  only to be advised it's lost again.....   They now say i have to wait for days for a family member to return from on holiday (it's her account) for it to be reported as lost even though Yodel admit that it's lost....
02/10/12 - Email sent to CEO & complaints team.  Awaiting response  (i'm hoping their response time is not as bad as their delivery time....)
03/10/12 - Email received from executive complaints team (Not sure why they are 'executive') to say it's now being looked into at the highest level....   (fingers crossed I may actually have a TV soon)
04/10/12 - 3 further e-mails sent today as still not heard anything back from them when i replied to the e-mail I received yesterday.....  (maybe they have "lost" the replacement too????)
08/10/12 - Multiple e-mails sent throughout the weekend and still no response....  Either the CEO and entire 'executive' complaints team are on holiday or they have give up on me and are just deciding to ignore me.
21/10/12 - Yodel admit the 2nd T.V has been stolen from their depot (thieving cunts).  Now have to wait until 06/11 for it now.  :-(
